Dustan Bagliere Achieves Professional Architectural Licensure

Dustan Bagliere successfully passed the Architect Registration Exam (ARE) and the California Supplemental Examination (CSE). The California Architects Board has granted Dustan the esteemed title of Licensed Professional Architect.

Dustan earned a Bachelor of Architecture from NewSchool of Architecture and Design in San Diego and has been with TETER since 2019.

What does it mean to you to achieve this major milestone?

Completing the long process of Architectural licensing is a personal affirmation that I can do anything I set my mind and heart to. Licensing is a long and challenging process to complete. The reward is knowing that I have the professional experience as so many of my peers before me. Holding an Architect’s license also means that although I have the official ability to practice as an Architect, I also have the great responsibility to apply all that I have learned along the path to licensure.

How will having an Architectural license benefit our clients?

Having licensed professionals on all projects is very important to clients. Obtaining my Architectural license assures both current and prospective clients that as a professional organization, their projects are being managed by a licensed professional with a degree of expertise.

What does your Architectural licensure benefit TETER as a whole?

Externally, being a licensed Architect will make TETER even more valuable to prospective clients. Internally, as a licensed Architect everyone can count on me to apply my professional knowledge to our projects and share my experience with staff who are following the path to licensure.

Dustan is a talented Project Architect with a willingness to take on any and all projects with a keen awareness of the Client’s needs and the technical knowledge required to deliver highly successful projects.  Many communities will benefit from his thoughtful investment in their projects for a long time to come.  I am excited to see how his Architectural license will provide a platform to further his impact and produce exciting built environments all across our Valley.” — Chris Nikkel, Principal Architect
